The staff is being superfriendly. It has marvellous location for visiting Independencia Park. You could walk to a supermarket and stores.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 1 night, but everything was good. The location was perfect, close to Puerta del Conde. The hotel was a decent place for enjoying an extremely comfortable area. The airport was 23 minutes drive from the place. Our stay was a very pleasant experience.

The hotel is located in a very run down area but close to many sites, including government offices. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly, and most spoke English. Breakfast options were limited, but the balcony had a nice view.
Some of the staff members did not speak English, which was a problem for non-Spanish speaking guests.
